Generate Display URL and Use QR Code
Each hotel receives a unique display URL specifically configured for your flight information displays. This URL is the key to your personalized Flight Display System.
What is the Display URL?
The display URL is a unique web address that is automatically generated when you register in the hotel portal. It has the following format:
https://yourdomain.com/display/[your-hotel-id]
The hotel ID is a unique identifier that ensures your display configuration (airports, logo, colors) is loaded correctly.
Step-by-Step: Finding the Display URL in the Portal
1. Log in to the Hotel Portal
Navigate to your portal URL and log in with your credentials.
2. Open the Preview Page
After logging in, you'll find the "Preview" tab in the navigation menu. Click on it to access the preview page.
3. Copy the Display URL
On the preview page, you'll see your unique display URL in a highlighted field. The URL is automatically generated by the system and is ready to use immediately.
You have three options:
Copy Button: Click the copy icon next to the URLSelect and Copy: Select the URL and use Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (Mac)Open New Window: Click the external link icon to open the display view in a new tabUsing the QR Code for Quick Setup
Directly below the display URL, you'll find an automatically generated QR code. This enables the fastest setup on your Android displays.
