Question 1

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Sign up and get full access to everything for 14 days — flight board displays and Flight Concierge with up to 50 guest flights, completely free and no credit card required. After 14 days, simply choose a plan in the portal to continue. If you don't, the trial just ends — nothing is charged and nothing renews automatically. The trial covers one hotel; additional hotels become available once you choose a plan.

Question 2

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. Flight Concierge and your board plan can be added or cancelled independently.

Question 3

What does an additional hotel cost?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes one hotel. Each additional hotel costs €49/month, or €490/year with yearly billing. Basic covers one hotel only. Pro lets you add up to 5 additional hotels, 6 in total, paused hotels included. Premium has no limit. An additional hotel does not come with its own airport: airports are a pool shared by all hotels in your organization, with 1 included and each further airport at €99/month or €990/year, so hotels near the same airport add no airport cost. Paused hotels are not billed. Using Flight Concierge only? Up to 6 hotels are included at no extra cost.

Question 4

Do I need technical knowledge to set up?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! LobbyFlight is designed to be user-friendly. Simply sign up, configure your settings through our intuitive portal, and display the provided URL on your Android screen. Our setup guide walks you through every step.

Question 5

What airports are supported?

Accepted Answer

We support all major commercial airports worldwide that have IATA codes. This includes over 13,000 airports across the globe. Simply enter the airport code (like VIE, FRA, or JFK) in your settings.

Question 6

Is there a contract or commitment?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contracts! LobbyFlight is a month-to-month subscription service. You can cancel anytime, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Question 7

How much can I change the look of the board?

Accepted Answer

Every plan starts with a style — Standard and Minimal, plus Classic and Easy to read (their full look, with monospaced times, paging and text status, needs Pro) — your brand colour or one of five colour palettes, readability and column settings, and screen care for TVs that run all day, all with a live preview in the editor. Pro opens all styles and 14 palettes plus the full design studio: status and row styles, fonts, backgrounds, paging and transitions, bilingual labels, a QR code, an announcement ticker and night mode. Premium adds the split-flap animation, filters, your own column labels, the leave-hotel-by column, fully custom colours and group defaults for several properties. The emergency notice for all screens is included in every plan.

Question 8

What exactly is the Flight Concierge?

Accepted Answer

Flight tracking for individual guests. Each booked trip gets live status updates, a Smart Departure Coach that uses live traffic to suggest when to leave the hotel, a branded mobile companion page in the guest’s language, and a configurable transport flow (your hotel shuttle, partner taxi, or direct call). Concierge S/M/L can be booked on its own or together with any board plan; Premium includes 50 trips/month.
