Portal Navigation

Accessing the Branding Portal

- Open https://lobbyflight.com/login

- Enter your hotel email and password

- Click "Sign in"

- Click on "Branding" in the main navigation

- Or use the direct link: /portal/branding

Initial Setup

Step 1: Upload Logo

1. Navigate to Branding
2. Upload your hotel logo (max 2 MB)
3. Check the preview

Performing a Rebrand

Scenario: Your hotel has new brand colors

Process:

1. Remove old logo:
   - Click "Remove Logo"
   - Confirm

2. Upload new logo:
   - Upload the new logo
   - Check the display

3. Set new colors:
   - Change primary color
   - Change secondary color
   - Click "Save Colors"

4. Update display:
   - Wait 5 minutes (auto-refresh) OR
   - Press F5 on the display
