What an additional hotel costs

Every plan includes one hotel. Each hotel you add to your organization on

top of that is charged separately, and the plan decides how many you can

add.

The short version

On yearly billing an additional hotel costs €490 per year — ten times the

monthly price, the same two free months as the plans themselves.

Every hotel keeps the allowance of your plan for itself: on Pro each hotel

runs up to three displays and five info slides, on Premium each hotel has

no cap.

Airports are not part of a hotel

An additional hotel does not come with an airport of its own. Airports

belong to the organization and form one pool that all your hotels share:

one airport is included with the plan, and each further airport costs €99

per month or €990 per year.

So three hotels that all serve guests flying from Vienna pay for no

airport at all beyond the plan. A hotel in a new city that needs a

different airport adds one airport add-on.

Paused hotels

A hotel you pause is not billed while it is paused. Its screens, content

and settings stay where they are, and you can resume it later.

On Pro a paused hotel still counts towards the limit of six: it keeps its

place. Pausing therefore does not free a place — if all six are taken,

remove a hotel you no longer need before you add another one, or move to

Premium, which has no limit.

Your main property — the one that holds the subscription — can be neither

paused nor removed.

LobbyFlight also pauses hotels by itself in two cases, and lifts the pause

by itself as well. If the subscription is changed to a plan that covers

fewer hotels than you run, the newest additional hotels are paused until

the plan fits again. If the subscription ends or remains unpaid, every

hotel except the main property is paused until payment is back. Your main

property is never paused this way, and nothing is deleted.

Adding and removing hotels

You add a hotel under Organization → Properties → Add property; see

Several properties. The charge

for it starts straight away: before the hotel is created you see the price

and the new total, and a pro-rated amount for the rest of your current

billing period is charged immediately. If that payment fails, no hotel is

created. Resuming a paused hotel works the same way. Pausing or removing a

hotel stops the charge, and the unused part is credited on your next

invoice.

A change to a plan that allows fewer hotels — from Premium to Pro with more

than six hotels, or to Basic with more than one — is only possible once

your hotels fit the new plan. The portal lists your hotels and offers two

ways forward: keep Premium, or remove the hotels you no longer need first.

Nothing is deleted for you.

During the free trial

The 14-day trial gives you every feature, for one hotel. Additional hotels

become available as soon as you have chosen a plan.

If you were already a customer

Customers who already run several hotels were told 30 days before the

change applied to them. On a yearly subscription the charge for additional

hotels starts with your next annual renewal, not in the middle of the year

you have already paid for.

Concierge

The Flight Concierge is a separate product with its own price; it is not

part of the €49 for an additional hotel. On a Concierge group plan the

monthly platform fee per hotel (€15) is also charged only for hotels that

are not paused: a paused hotel skips both the €49 and the €15.
