Slides written once and played by every house β€” and how much each house controls.

Shared content

An organization can write slides once and have every house play them. A

campaign, a group promotion, a safety notice β€” authored in one place,

live in every lobby.

Writing them

Group β†’ Shared slides, as owner. The same canvas editor the

properties use, the same 1920Γ—1080 picture. What is different is the

reach: a slide here goes out to every property at once, and the header of

the panel says how many that is.

Order them with the arrows. A property cannot reorder your slides among

themselves β€” only where the block sits relative to their own.

Where they play

Group β†’ Brand & shared content β†’ Where your slides play. Three

answers:

  • Organization first β€” yours play before the property's own.
  • Property first β€” theirs play first, then yours.
  • Alternating β€” one of each, starting with the property's.
  • Whatever you choose, each property sees the resulting order on their own

Content page, so nobody has to guess.

Changing this reaches every board in the organization within a few

    minutes.

    What a property may change

Two locks, and each one takes a capability away from every manager you

    have.

Lock branding β€” every property shows the organization's logo and

colours, and their own branding becomes read-only. Use it when the group

identity matters more than a single house's.

Lock shared content β€” every shared slide plays on every property, and

managers cannot take one off their boards. Use it for something that must

run, like a safety notice. Leave it off and a manager can hide a slide

that does not apply to their house β€” a promotion for a spa they do not

    have.

Locked slides show a small padlock on the property's Content page, with

"always shows" where the hide button would be. No manager is left

wondering why a button is missing.

    Brand defaults

The logo and the two colours you set here apply to every property that

has not set its own. They are defaults, not rules β€” unless you lock them.
