How do I set up my display for the first time?
Simply log into your hotel portal, configure your airport selection and branding, then open the display URL on your Android device. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.
Getting StartedWhat's included in each subscription plan?
We offer three plans: Basic (€69), Pro (€149), and Premium (€199). Each plan includes different features like number of airports, languages, and weather widgets.
Billing & SubscriptionHow often does the flight data update?
Flight data automatically refreshes every 5 minutes by default. Pro and Premium plans can customize this interval. The display also shows real-time status updates for delays and cancellations.
Can I use multiple displays with one account?
Yes! Premium plan supports unlimited displays. You can use the same display URL on multiple screens throughout your hotel.
Setup & InstallationWhat happens if the internet connection is lost?
LobbyFlight includes offline mode that displays cached flight data when internet is unavailable. The display automatically reconnects when the connection is restored.
