It tracks every booked guest flight in real time, recommends when the guest should leave the hotel, runs a branded mobile companion page in the guest’s language, and handles the full transport request flow (your shuttle, partner taxi, or third-party apps). Reception sees every request in one inbox.
One trip = one tracked flight per guest (arrival and departure count separately). Counters reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Anything beyond your allowance is billed as overage at €0.69–0.89/trip — or, if you bought a Trip Pack, packs drain before overage.
Yes. Premium hotels get 50 trips per month at no extra cost. Above 50 trips, overage rates apply or you can buy a Trip Pack for a busy month. Basic and Pro plans need a standalone Concierge S / M / L subscription (from €39/month).
Buy a pack before a predictably busy month (conference, holiday season). Pack trips are pre-paid, valid 12 months, and drained before overage — so they cap your bill instead of paying per-trip. Three sizes: 50 trips (€39), 200 (€139), 500 (€329).

Very. Each property picks one of three modes for the taxi flow: direct email to the partner, concierge relay (guest request lands in the inbox), or one-tap call. The hotel shuttle is parallel: fixed-time or interval schedules per weekday, capacity per slot, advance-booking cutoff, auto-confirm or manual approval — all per property.
